Muffiny quinoa | Muffins with sprouted quinoa and chocolate chips

Ingredients

  • 250 g spelt plain flour (can be wholemeal)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoon phosphate-free baking powder
  • špetka salt
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 200 ml milk
  • 80 g of melted butter
  • 3 spoon Sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes
  • dark chocolate

Procedure

  1. Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a bowl and then add the remaining ingredients, beating lightly with a whisk. Finally, stir in the Sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes. If you want it crunchy, pour it directly into the batter. Otherwise, you can soak it in milk for a few minutes beforehand and then stir it into the batter. The quinoa will give the cupcakes a slightly nutty flavor
  2. Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups and top with chunks of good quality dark chocolate.
  3. Heat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
