Ingredients

  • 100 g dates
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 1 cup Sprouted oat flakes
  • 3 spoon Sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 spoon sezame
  • 2 spoon Flaxseed ground flavoured
  • 1 handful dried apricots
  • 1 handful peeled almonds
  • 4 cubes dark chocolate for decorating

Procedure

  1. Cut the dates into cubes and boil them together with ¾ cup of water and a spoonful of honey for a while (5 minutes). Then blend the mixture into a slurry for shaping and firming the bars.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add the slurry and mix the dough to form the bars either by hand or with the help of the moulds.
  3. Finally, we can brush them with melted dark chocolate.
  4. Wrap in foil or baking paper to combine the flavours.

They will taste best the next day and last about 10 days.
