Sprouted quinoa muesli | Oat porridge with sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes, walnuts and fruit

Ingredients

  • 50 g Sprouted Quinoa Crunchy Flakes
  • 50 g Sprouted Oat flakes gluten free
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 spoon honey
  • handful walnuts
  • fresh fruit (banana, blueberries…)

Procedure

  1. Pour milk over Sprouted oat flakes and Sprouted quinoa crunchy flakes and cook it until soft.
  2. Add honey (or sugar, maple, date or rice syrup) and mix.
  3. Chop the nuts into smaller pieces and sprinkle them over the porridge.
  4. Add fresh fruit.
