Ingredients

  • 45 g Sprouted Quinoa Crunchy Flakes
  • 20 ml light coconut milk
  • 20 g protein (e.g. chocolate coconut flavor)
  • small fruits for decoration, goji berries, dark chocolate and coconut, or whatever you like on your porridge

Procedure

  1. For the preparation we used Sprouted Quinoa Flakes, which do not need to be prepared for a long time. We poured them into a saucepan, poured coconut milk and let them cook until thick.
  2. You can also add a little water. It is important to keep stirring the quinoa, because it is a really fast process.
  3. When the porridge is thick enough, turn off the heat, add the protein, a little water and mix thoroughly.
  4. If you like it sweeter, add a spoonful of chicory syrup, honey or another favorite sweetener.
  5. Of course, you can also use a different flavor of protein, it depends only on your taste preferences.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and decorate according to your own imagination – our favorite combination of blueberries and coconut, enriched with goji berries, won.
