Ingredients

  • 230 g Sprouted green pea crunchy flakes
  • 200 g smooth flour
  • 300 g grated hard cheese
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sprinkle herbs (rosemary, thyme) and seeds (cumin, sesame, flaxseed) to taste

Procedure

  1. Soak the sprouted green pea crunchy flakes in water for a few minutes to soften. Then make a flexible dough with all the ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut out any shapes. Transfer to baking paper and sprinkle with selected herbs and seeds.
  3. Bake at 180C until golden, approximately 20 minutes depending on the height of the dough.
